- Consumer, employment and social welfare-related are the most serious legal problems in Ukraine.
- Most people experience considerable hardship because of the problem.
- More than two thirds of Ukrainians with problems took some action to try to resolve their most serious problem.
- Contacting the other party is the most common way to try to resolve problems, and it is also perceived as helpful.
- Six out of 10 of the Ukrainians with problems sought legal information and advice. Those who did, usually contacted family member,s friends and public authorities (other than the police).
- Only one third of the people who took action completely resolved their problems. That means that only 20% of the people with problems got their problem completely resolved.
